What happened, and when

In March 2026 Quandoo announced that it would stop operating, in every market where it worked.

    Quandoo announces that it will cease operations.

  2. 30 September 2026

    Last day for new bookings through Quandoo.

  3. 1 October 2026

    Restaurants can no longer handle new or existing bookings through Quandoo.

  4. 31 December 2026

    Quandoo's website, app and other systems are taken offline.

Is it really free?
Yes. No commission per diner, no monthly fee and no cap on reservations.
Can I import my Quandoo bookings automatically?
Not automatically. Add your upcoming bookings to the agenda by hand; it takes a few seconds each, and guests whose email you add get a confirmation with a link to change or cancel.
What happens to the Reserve button on my Google profile?
If it pointed to Quandoo, it no longer takes bookings. Edit your Google Business Profile and paste your new booking link in the reservations field.
Do I have to use your digital menu?
No. The booking page works on its own. If you want a digital menu, it is free too, and it shows a Reserve button.
Do you send text messages to guests?
Confirmations and reminders go by email. For guests who leave only a phone number, you can send the confirmation from your own WhatsApp with one tap.
Are you part of Quandoo?
