Viña Esmeralda 2024- Torres, Catalunya, Spain- 375ml
In the mountainous part of Upper Penedès, more delicate and aromatic white varieties are grown. Moscatel and Gewürztraminer are the base of Viña Esmeralda, an exceptionally delicate and strikingly fragrant wine.
The aroma is sensual, exotically scented nose, with magnificently well-defined primary aromas (floral notes, roses, lily), complemented by secondary aromas extracted through the controlled fermentation of the wine.
The taste? - Wonderful freshness, an open attack, delicate flavour of green and lemon, citrus fruits, aroma of green apple and kiwi. The minerality gives the wine a long finish, and the softness and elegance are characteristics of all the wines of the producer.
Aged for 4 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks in the cellar.
