Courvoisier XO
€18.00
Napoleon's favorite cognac!
The creator of the superb brand is Emmanuel Courvoisier – a winemaker who used his connections in Paris and supplied the drink to Napoleon Bonaparte himself. The emperor's passion for Courvoisier not only made the company popular but in 1869 brought it the fame of "Official Supplier to the Imperial Court". The title "Napoleon" was given only to special cognacs that had aged for a certain period. On every bottle of Courvoisier you will find the inscription "Le cognac de Napoleon" as well as the silhouette of the emperor.
Courvoisier V.S. is produced from grapes grown in Fins Bois and Grande Champagne. It ages between 5 and 8 years and carries the taste of ripe fruits, young oak, and spring flowers.
