ANISEED SPIRITS 50ml

 Anise-based spirits are traditional alcoholic beverages popular in Mediterranean countries. They are produced by distilling or flavoring alcohol with anise and selected herbs, giving them a characteristic fresh aroma and a mild, sweet taste. The most famous representatives are ouzo from Greece and pastis from France.

Taste and aroma
 Anise-based spirits have a rich aroma of anise, complemented by notes of dill, coriander, licorice, and Mediterranean herbs. The taste is mild, refreshing, with a long, slightly sweet finish.

History
 The tradition of anise-based spirits dates back to ancient Mediterranean civilizations. Today, ouzo is a symbol of Greece, and pastis is a symbol of Southern France, both beverages being an essential part of local culinary culture and lifestyle.

Interesting fact: When water or ice is added, anise-based spirits turn a characteristic milky white. This natural phenomenon, known as the 'ouzo effect', is due to the essential oils from the anise being released when the drink is diluted.

 Legend has it that after playing camel polo (it turns out such a sport exists), Lesley Gracie was captivated by a lush paradise of aromatic herbs and vibrant fruits. Oases are known to host fruit-bearing plants such as apricots, dates, figs, olives, and peaches. Oasium is no mirage, but an inspiration for sophisticated flavors, refreshing and filled with curiosity.

Michter’s American Whiskey
 Michter's US*1 American Whiskey is one of the most intriguing products in the renowned American distillery's portfolio. Unlike its siblings – bourbon and rye whiskey – this product cannot be classified into traditional categories, which gives it a unique status.
The key feature of Michter's American Whiske
y is its aging process. Unlike bourbon, which must by law be aged in new, charred oak barrels, Michter's American Whiskey is aged in barrels that have already been used once for bourbon aging.

 These "whiskey-soaked barrels" give the distillate a softer and less oak-forward character. The absence of new barrels means it cannot be called "bourbon." This technique allows the grain distillate to develop a rich and complex profile without the dominating influence of fresh oak.
Bottled at an alcohol content of 41.7% (83.4 proof), Michter's US*1 American Whiskey is the perfect choice for those looking for a softer and more nuanced American whiskey. It is excellent both for sipping neat and as a sophisticated ingredient in cocktails, where its unique profile can shine.

Michter’s Rye Whiskey
 This premium American whiskey is a single barrel product, meaning that each bottle comes from a single oak barrel, offering a unique tasting experience.
 Michter's US*1 Rye is known for its smooth and approachable character, making it a popular choice both for sipping neat and for use in classic cocktails such as the Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Although not publicly disclosed, it is understood that the mash bill contains a significant amount of rye, which imparts characteristic spicy and fruity notes.
 This rye whiskey is bottled at 42.4% alcohol by volume, a strength that allows its nuanced flavors to be appreciated without being too overpowering. The distillation and aging process in new, charred American white oak barrels contributes significantly to its depth and character. Overall, Michter's US*1 Rye is regarded as a high-quality expression of the American rye whiskey style, balancing traditional spice with refined smoothness.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon
 Woodford Reserve at 43.2% ABV (86.4 Proof) is the standard international version of their iconic bourbon (Distiller’s Select).
 An interesting fact is that in the US, the same bourbon is usually bottled at 45.2% (90.4 Proof). The 43.2% version is more common in Europe and duty-free shops, but the profile and quality remain high.
 Unlike many other bourbons, Woodford Reserve uses a unique production process:
 Triple distillation: Traditional copper pot stills are used, which is rare for American whiskey and gives the drink greater purity and elegance.
 Mash Bill: Contains 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. The rye gives it a light spiciness without being too aggressive.
This is an extremely well-balanced bourbon with a "soft" character.
 Rich aroma of heavy caramel, vanilla, and honey, intertwined with notes of dried fruits (apricot, raisins) and a subtle hint of leather.
 The taste is smooth and complex. You will experience a balance between the sweetness of butterscotch and spices like cinnamon and clove, complemented by roasted nuts and a light oak undertone.
 The finish is long, silky, and warm, with a slightly creamy feel.
 Woodford Reserve is the official bourbon of the Kentucky Derby horse race. Traditionally, the "Mint Julep" cocktail is served there, made precisely with this whiskey.

Rittenhouse Rye
 A very popular rye whiskey among bartenders, coming from Pennsylvania. The name itself is dedicated to the eponymous square in Pennsylvania, but that is not the main reason for the brand's popularity – the taste is the determining factor. The whiskey itself carries the term Bottled in Bond, which pays homage to one of the oldest agreements between the American government and local whiskey producers. Although part of the past, these agreements are still applied today with the idea of being a guarantee of quality – but we won't bore you with excessive bureaucratic requirements, and will only mention that every Bottled in Bond whiskey like this one must have an exact alcohol content of 50%. This, and the fact that it is an exceptionally tasty rye whiskey, should be enough to hold your interest.

 Unlike many other Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys, Maker's Mark uses red winter wheat instead of rye in its recipe. It is this that gives the characteristic smoothness and creaminess for which the brand is known worldwide.

Maker’s Mark 101 Proof
 Maker's Mark 101 Proof is a variation of the classic bourbon whiskey Maker's Mark with a higher alcohol content. It is bottled at 101 proof, which equates to 50.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), compared to the standard bottle of Maker's Mark, which is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).
 The higher proof of Maker's Mark 101 provides a stronger and more intense flavor compared to the standard variation. It retains the characteristic smooth and rich characteristics of Maker's Mark with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and a hint of spice. The higher alcohol content can amplify the aromas and create a more robust flavor profile.

AMERICAN WHISKEY 50ml image

AMERICAN WHISKEY 50ml

  • Origin: United States
  • Alcohol content: Typically 40–50% ABV
  • Serving temperature: 18–20°C

Taste and aroma
 American whiskey is known for its rich and mellow flavor, with notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, honey, and spices. Tennessee Whiskey is especially famous for its velvety and well-balanced finish.

Perfect pairings
 American whiskey pairs excellently with:
  • roasted meats;
  • barbecue;
  • burgers;
  • aged cheeses;
  • roasted nuts;
  • chocolate desserts.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
 Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is a smooth whiskey produced by the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Its name comes from the distillery's founder, Mr. Jack Daniel himself, who began operations in 1866. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey has characteristics that bring it close to bourbon, but the fact that it is not produced in Kentucky and its distinctive features place it in a separate category. The peculiarity lies in the charcoal filtration process. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is filtered drop by drop through a three-meter layer of sweet maple charcoal before aging. The process takes up to 10 days, during which the whiskey absorbs the essence of the charcoal, giving it that specific aroma and taste unique to Tennessee Whiskey.

It was designed by William Delmé-Evans, who is also behind the creation of Jura and Tullibardine. The people behind GlenAllachie are by no means accidental – the distillery brings together Trisha Savage, who worked for Burn Stewart and BenRiach, Graham Stevenson, former managing director of Inver House Distillery, and of course – Billy Walker and GlenAllachie Distillers Company. The 12-year-old GlenAllachie was created by this star team and has been on the market since 2018. This combination gives a pleasant spiciness and plenty of oaky aromas.

SMOKED SCOTCH 50ml image

SMOKED SCOTCH 50ml

 Scotch is a traditional Scottish whisky known for its exceptional quality, rich flavor, and centuries-old traditions. It is produced exclusively in Scotland from malted barley and other grains, and by law it must be aged for at least 3 years in oak casks. Depending on the region and production method, Scotch can be light and fruity or packed with smoky and peaty notes.
  • Origin: Scotland
  • Alcohol content: Typically 40–46% ABV
  • Serving temperature: 18–20°C

Taste and aroma
 Scotch offers a rich palette of aromas – vanilla, honey, dried fruits, caramel, oak, and spices. Some varieties feature characteristic smoky and peaty notes that are a hallmark of certain Scottish regions.

History
 The production of Scotch whisky has a history of over 500 years, with the earliest written records dating back to 1494. Today, Scotch Whisky is a protected geographical indication, and only whisky produced and aged in Scotland according to strict legal requirements can bear this name.

Perfect pairings
 Scotch pairs excellently with:
  • aged cheeses;
  • smoked meats;
  • steaks;
  • dark chocolate;
  • nuts;
  • dried fruits.

Fun fact: There are five main whisky-producing regions in Scotland – Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside, Islay, and Campbeltown – each imparting its own distinctive style and character to the whisky.

Ardbeg 10YO
 Ardbeg 10 Year Old is regarded as the most peated and smoky whisky coming from the Isle of Islay. An absolute classic, one of the most complex single malts, which does not emphasize its strong peaty taste, but rather the natural sweetness of the malt and the perfect balance.

 Most whiskies undergo cold filtration and are reduced to 40% alcohol. Ardbeg 10 Year Old does not undergo cold filtration and is 46% alcohol, which gives it a strong body, with a deep and maximally expressed taste.

 Jim Murray's 2008 a must for every lover of single malt whiskies!

 Color - Light golden

 Aroma - Intense aroma of peat and smoke, notes of lemon zest and lime, wrapped in dark chocolate. If you delve deeper, you will enjoy the aroma of smoked fish and crispy bacon, along with green peppers, roasted pineapple and pear juice.

 Taste - Soft, with an explosion of smoky flavor, lemon juice, lime, grains of black pepper, cinnamon and spicy caramel.

 Finish - Very long and smoky, strong espresso, salted caramel, roasted almonds.

Lagavulin 16YO
 Lagavulin 16 YO is the benchmark for Islay whisky! With this statement, we in no way want to diminish the other distilleries whose malts we truly love, but when the facts speak and the gods are silent.

 Lagavulin 16 YO is so loved around the world because it is a powerful, yet very drinkable smokey dram. It will greet you with a distinct nose of the sea, which transports you directly to the south coast of Islay. Rocks in the surf, foam on the waves, seaweed. All this is perfectly combined with caramel, charred wood, vanilla, dried fruit and orange marmalade. And of course, the typical smokiness characteristic of Lagavulin caresses the taste buds and gives this malt warmth and weight.

  • Alcohol content: Typically 40% ABV

Bumbu
 The distillation of Rum Bumbu The Original is based on the original recipe created by West Indian sailors from the 16th and 17th centuries, who mixed local Caribbean ingredients into their rum and gave it the name "Bumbu" - truly the original spirit of the craft.

 Bumbu is produced in a historic Barbadian distillery, founded in 1893 and continuously operating for more than 120 years.

 Using the same all-natural local spices and no artificial colors or flavors, Bumbu is an authentic revival of this piece of Caribbean history, distilled in small batches and hand-blended.

 The glass bottle is a work of art in itself, adorned with a tarnished metal "X" on the front and a map of the Caribbean on the back. Our favorite part is the old-fashioned, oversized cork - you'll hear a festive "pop" every time you open the bottle.
