Color - Rich golden-brown
Aroma - Lots of sherry fruit, spicy oak, orange peel, ripe peach and toffee.
Taste - Rich and chocolatey, creamy, soft apricot, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, charred oak. A very smooth palate feel.
Finish - Very long and balanced, with crème brûlée and spicy oak.
