The GlenAllachie 12YO

The GlenAllachie is a relatively young distillery. It was established in 1967 with the primary goal of producing malt used in blends.
It was designed by William Delme-Evans, who also stands behind the creation of Jura and Tullibardine. The people behind GlenAllachie are by no means accidental – the distillery brings together Trisha Savage, who worked for Burn Stewart and BenRiach, Graham Stevenson, former Managing Director of Inver House Distillery, and of course – Billy Walker and GlenAllachie Distillers Company. After almost two decades during which the Speyside distillery only produced malts sold to other brands for their blends, it decided to release a malt under its own name again. Tamnavulin Double Cask is the first in a series of such whiskies. It matures in American oak barrels and then finishes in sherry casks. Since its creation, it has won several medals from various competitions, which is a good testament to the product and the distillery.

Tamnavulin Single Malt

Ardbeg 10 Year Old is revered as the most peaty and smoky whisky coming from the Isle of Islay. An absolute classic, one of the most complex single malts, which does not emphasize its strong peaty taste, but rather the natural sweetness of the malt and perfect balance.

Most whiskies undergo cold filtration and are reduced to 40% alcohol. Ardbeg 10 Year Old does not undergo cold filtration and is 46% alcohol, which gives it a strong body, with a deep and maximally expressed flavor.

Courvoisier VS (Very Special) est un cognac français raffiné, un assemblage d'eaux-de-vie vieillies entre 3 et 8 ans dans des fûts de chêne fabriqués à la main. Il est connu pour son lien légendaire avec Napoléon Bonaparte. La légende raconte que lorsque Napoléon fut envoyé en exil, il emporta avec lui des centaines de bouteilles du cognac Courvoisier. Distillé à partir des régions des Fins Bois et de la Petite Champagne, il offre un profil gustatif doux et harmonieux. L'arôme de Courvoisier VS est léger, pur, riche, frais, harmonieux avec des notes de chêne. Le goût de ce cognac est délicat, équilibré, avec une saveur de fruits juteux.

COURVOISIER V.S.O.P. est un cognac Fine Champagne élégant, produit à partir de raisins de la Grande Champagne et de la Petite Champagne et vieilli entre 8 et 12 ans dans des fûts de chêne français. Les saveurs caractéristiques sont la pêche, les amandes grillées et des notes de vanille et de jasmin.

Le cognac préféré de Napoléon !

Le créateur de l'excellente marque est Emmanuel Courvoisier – un négociant en vins qui utilisait ses relations à Paris et livrait la boisson à Napoléon Bonaparte lui-même. L'attachement de l'empereur pour Courvoisier a non seulement rendu la firme populaire, mais en 1869 lui a apporté la renommée de « Fournisseur officiel de la Cour impériale ». Le titre « Napoléon » n'était donné qu'à des cognacs spéciaux, vieillis pendant une certaine période. Sur chaque bouteille de Courvoisier, vous trouverez l'inscription « Le cognac de Napoleon », ainsi que le silhouette de l'empereur.

Courvoisier V.S. est produit à partir de raisins cultivés dans les Fins Bois et la Grande Champagne. Il vieillit entre 5 et 8 ans et porte le goût de fruits mûrs, de jeune chêne et de fleurs printanières.

El Dorado 12YO

El Dorado 12YO est un rhum premium, au goût délicat, vieilli dans des fûts de chêne chez Demerara Distillers en Guyane, Amérique du Sud. C'est un rhum d'assemblage d'Enmore, distillé dans un alambic en bois unique avec le brevet « Coffey », ainsi que du rhum distillé dans le seul alambic simple en bois au monde, provenant de Versailles. Cette combinaison de rhums contribue au goût riche et au corps généreux du rhum.
Le rhum El Dorado de douze ans a une magnifique couleur brun foncé, un nez riche, avec de merveilleux arômes de sucre Demerara, de miel, de caramel dur, de raisins secs et de fruits secs et un merveilleux équilibre de saveurs épicées. La finale est longue et sèche, pleine de plaisir.

La distillation du rhum Bumbu The Original est basée sur la recette originale créée par les marins des Indes occidentales aux 16e et 17e siècles, qui mélangeaient des ingrédients locaux des Caraïbes dans leur rhum et lui donnaient le nom « Bumbu » - véritablement l'esprit originel du métier.

Utilisant les mêmes épices locales entièrement naturelles et sans colorants ni arômes artificiels, Bumbu est une renaissance authentique de ce morceau de l'histoire caribéenne, distillé en petites cuvées et mélangé à la main.

La bouteille en verre est une œuvre d'art en elle-même, décorée d'un métal assombri en forme de "X" sur le devant et d'une carte des Caraïbes au dos. Notre partie préférée est le bouchon à l'ancienne, hors norme - vous entendrez un joyeux "pop" chaque fois que vous ouvrirez la bouteille.

Réserve Familiale Noble, née du strict respect des principes de vieillissement. Couleur bronze foncé. Goût riche et équilibré avec de légères notes de fruits secs, une saveur de noix grillées, de caramel et de vanille. Il se termine avec un charmeur rappel de noix au beurre, d'épices et d'une touche de caramel. Un rhum caribéen vieilli et très raffiné.
