Glеnfіddісh 15 Yеаr Оld Ѕоlеrа is a unique single malt, maturing in three distinct types of casks – from Portu-guese Sherry, American Bourbon, and new, still unused casks, before being assembled into handcrafted Solera butts.
The Solera system is characterized by replenishing the cask throughout the aging years, thereby maintaining the whisky's perfect quality (the system is used for making Sherry and brandy in Spain).
Color- Golden with a red tint
Aroma- Honey from heather, bitter fruits and vanilla.
Taste- A silky smooth texture, revealing layers of Sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full body, brimming with flavors.
Finish- Candied fruits, raisins, and Christmas pudding. The oak prevails at the end.
