Ouzo Adolo is a triple-distilled ouzo, with the third distillation taking place over 13 hours in small, handcrafted copper kettles from 1913. This helps to preserve the essence and aromas to the maximum and achieve a balanced triple distillate with an alcohol content of 42%.
