Aberlour 12 Year Old matures in two types of casks - hand-selected seasoned sherry butts and classic oak casks. This, combined with the pure water from the two nearby rivers Lour and Spey, is the basis for the wonderful multi-layered experience and the soft fresh citrus taste.

The aroma is soft and mellow with fruity notes of red apple and brown sugar.
The taste - A delicate sherry character, balanced with rich chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and a gingery spiciness.
