ANISE DRINKS 50ml

 Anise-flavoured spirits are traditional alcoholic drinks popular in Mediterranean countries. They are produced by distilling or flavouring spirits with aniseed and selected herbs, which give them a characteristic fresh aroma and a mild, sweet taste. The most well-known examples are ouzo from Greece and pastis from France.

Taste and aroma
 Anise-flavoured spirits have a rich aroma of aniseed, complemented by notes of dill, coriander, liquorice and Mediterranean herbs. The taste is mild, refreshing with a long, slightly sweet finish.

History
 The tradition of anise-flavoured spirits dates back to ancient Mediterranean civilisations. Today, ouzo is a symbol of Greece and pastis of Southern France, both being an integral part of local culinary culture and lifestyle.

Interesting fact: When water or ice is added, anise-flavoured spirits turn a characteristic milky white colour. This natural phenomenon, known as the 'ouzo effect', is caused by the essential oils of the aniseed being released during dilution.

Berger Pastis
 Berger Pastis is a French liqueur with a yellow colour and aniseed flavour. Berger "Pastis de Marseille" is linked to the history of the city of Marseille.

 In this warm Mediterranean city at 19:00 (called Berger hour) people gather every day for a drink.

 The technology of pastis is based on preserving traditions, and the good and refined taste is achieved by a fine mix of carefully selected plants and herbs, including anise and liquorice. It is this medicinal herb – liquorice, that gives the delicate yellowish colour to the drink and its perfectly balanced taste.

BOURBON 50ml

  • Serving temperature: 18–20°C

Taste and Aroma

Perfect Pairings
 Bourbon pairs excellently with:
  • steaks and roasted meats;

Michter’s American Whiskey
 Michter's US*1 American Whiskey is one of the most intriguing products in the portfolio of the renowned American distillery. Unlike its siblings – bourbon and rye whiskey – this product cannot be classified into traditional categories, which gives it a unique status.
The key feature of Michter's American Whiske
y is its ageing process. Unlike bourbon, which by law must be aged in new, charred oak barrels, Michter's American Whiskey is aged in barrels that have already been used once for ageing bourbon.

 These "whiskey-soaked" barrels give the distillate a softer and less oaky character. The absence of new barrels means it cannot be called "bourbon". This technique allows the grain distillate to develop a rich and complex profile without the dominating influence of fresh oak.
Bottled at 41.7% ABV (83.4 proof), Michter's US*1 American Whiskey is the perfect choice for those seeking a softer and more nuanced American whiskey. It is excellent both for sipping neat and as a refined ingredient in cocktails, where its unique profile can stand out.

Michter’s Rye Whiskey
 This premium American whiskey is a single barrel product, meaning each bottle originates from one oak cask, offering a unique tasting experience.
 Michter’s US*1 Rye Whiskey is known for its smooth and approachable character, making it a popular choice for sipping neat and for use in classic cocktails like the Manhattan or Old Fashioned. While not publicly disclosed, the mash bill is understood to contain a significant amount of rye, which imparts its characteristic spicy and fruity notes.
 This rye whiskey is bottled at 42.4% ABV, a strength which allows its nuanced flavours to be appreciated without being too strong. The distillation process and maturation in new, charred, American white oak barrels contributes significantly to its depth and character. Overall, Michter’s US*1 Rye is considered a high-quality expression of the American rye whiskey style, balancing traditional spice with sophisticated smoothness.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon
 Woodford Reserve with an alcohol content of 43.2% (86.4 Proof) is the standard international version of their iconic bourbon (Distiller’s Select).
 An interesting fact is that in the US, the same bourbon is usually bottled at 45.2% (90.4 Proof). The 43.2% version is more common in Europe and duty-free shops, but the profile and quality remain high.
 Unlike many other bourbons, Woodford Reserve uses a unique production process:
 Triple distillation: Traditional copper pot stills are used, which is rare for American whiskey and gives the spirit greater purity and elegance.
 Mash Bill: Contains 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. The rye gives it a light spiciness without being too aggressive.
This is an exceptionally well-balanced bourbon with a "soft" character.
 Rich aroma of heavy caramel, vanilla and honey, intertwined with notes of dried fruits (apricot, raisins) and a fine leather scent.
 The taste is smooth and complex. You'll notice a balance between the sweetness of butterscotch and spices like cinnamon and clove, complemented by toasted nuts and a light oak aftertaste.
 The finish is long, peppery and warm, with a slightly creamy feel.
 Woodford Reserve is the official bourbon of the Kentucky Derby horse race. Traditionally, the "Mint Julep" cocktail, made precisely with this whiskey, is served there.

Rittenhouse Rye
 A very popular rye whiskey among bartenders, hailing from Pennsylvania. The name itself is dedicated to the namesake square in Pennsylvania, but that's not the main reason for the brand's popularity – the taste is the defining factor. The whiskey itself carries the term Bottled in Bond, which pays homage to some of the oldest agreements between the US Government and local whiskey producers. Although part of the past, these agreements are still applied today with the idea of being a guarantee of quality – but we won't bore you with unnecessary bureaucratic requirements, we'll just mention that every Bottled in Bond whiskey like this one must have an alcohol strength of exactly 50%. This, and the fact that it's an exceptionally tasty rye whiskey, should be enough to hold your interest.

Perfect Pairings
 American whiskey pairs excellently with:
  • roasted meats;
  • barbecue;
  • burgers;
  • aged cheeses;
  • roasted nuts;
  • chocolate desserts.

 Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is a smooth whiskey produced by the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Its name comes from the founder of the distillery, Mr. Jack Daniel himself, who began operations in 1866. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey possesses characteristics that bring it close to bourbon, but the fact that it is not produced in the state of Kentucky and its distinctive features place it in its own category. The distinguishing feature is the charcoal mellowing process. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is filtered drop by drop through a three-metre layer of maple charcoal before ageing. The process takes up to 10 days, during which time the whiskey absorbs the essence of the charcoal, giving it that specific aroma and flavour unique to Tennessee Whiskey.

The GlenAllachie 12YO
 The GlenAllachie is a relatively young distillery. It was founded in 1967 with the main aim of producing malt for use in blends.
It was designed by William Delmé-Evans, who is also behind the creation of Jura and Tullibardine. The people behind GlenAllachie are by no means accidental – the distillery brings together in one place Trisha Savage, who has worked for Burn Stewart and BenRiach, Graham Stevenson, former managing director of Inver House Distillery, and last but not least – Billy Walker and the GlenAllachie Distillers Company. The 12-year-old GlenAllachie was created precisely by this stellar company and has been on the market since 2018. It has spent time in three different casks – Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximénez and virgin oak, personally selected by Billy Walker. This combination gives a pleasant piquancy and quite oaky aromas.

Tamnavulin Single Malt
 After almost two decades in which the Speyside distillery produced only malts sold to other brands for their blends, it decided to release a malt under its own name again. Tamnavulin Double Cask is the first in a series of such whiskies. It is matured in American oak casks and then finished in sherry casks. The result is a pleasantly fruity whisky, as one might expect from this cask combination. Since its creation, it has managed to win several medals in various competitions, which is a good testimony for the product and the distillery.

 Its aroma is of chocolate mousse, stewed apples and brown sugar. The taste is of Christmas cake, chocolate brownies and yellow plums. The finish is quite long and again sweet.

Зображення PEATED SCOTCH 50ml

PEATED SCOTCH 50ml

 Scotch is a traditional Scottish whisky, known for its exceptional quality, rich flavour, and centuries-old traditions. It is produced exclusively in Scotland from malted barley and other grains, and by law must be matured for at least 3 years in oak casks. Depending on the region and production method, Scotch can be light and fruity or full-bodied with smoky and peaty notes.
  • Origin: Scotland
  • Alcohol content: Typically 40–46% ABV
  • Serving temperature: 18–20°C

Taste and aroma
 Scotch offers a rich palette of aromas – vanilla, honey, dried fruit, caramel, oak, and spices. Some varieties feature characteristic smoky and peaty notes, which are a hallmark of specific Scottish regions.

History
 The production of Scotch whisky has a history of over 500 years, with the first written records dating from 1494. Today, Scotch Whisky is a protected geographical indication and can only bear this name if it is produced and matured in Scotland according to strict legal requirements.

Pairing suggestions
 Scotch pairs excellently with:
  • mature cheeses;
  • smoked meats;
  • steaks;
  • dark chocolate;
  • nuts;
  • dried fruits.

Fun fact: There are five main Scotch-producing regions – Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside, Islay, and Campbeltown, each giving the whisky its own distinctive style and character.

Ardbeg 10YO
 Ardbeg 10 Year Old is revered as one of the most peaty and smoky whiskies coming from the Isle of Islay. An absolute classic, one of the most complex single malts, which does not emphasise its strong peaty flavour, but rather the natural sweetness of the malt and the perfect balance.

 Most whiskies undergo chill filtration and are reduced to 40% alcohol. Ardbeg 10 Year Old does not undergo chill filtration and is at 46% alcohol, which gives it a strong body, with depth and maximised flavour.

 Jim Murray's 2008 – a must-have for every lover of single malt whiskies!

 Colour- Light golden

 Aroma- Intense aroma of peat and smoke, notes of lemon zest and lime, wrapped in dark chocolate. If you delve deeper you will enjoy aromas of smoked fish and crispy bacon, together with green peppers, grilled pineapple and pear juice.

 Taste- Soft, with an explosion of smoky flavour, lemon juice, lime, whole black pepper, cinnamon and spicy caramel.

 Finish- Very long and smoky, strong espresso, salted caramel, roasted almonds.

Lagavulin 16YO
 Lagavulin 16 YO is the benchmark for Islay whisky! We make this statement without wishing to diminish in any way the other distilleries whose malts we truly love, but when the facts speak and the gods remain silent.

 Lagavulin 16 YO is so beloved around the world because it is powerful yet has a very drinkable smokiness. You will be greeted by a distinct maritime nose that transports you directly to the southern coast of Islay. Rocks in the surf, sea spray, kelp. All of this is perfectly combined with caramel, charred wood, vanilla, dried fruits and orange marmalade. And of course, the typical smokiness characteristic of Lagavulin “caresses” the taste buds and gives this malt warmth and weight.

  • Origin: France (cognac), various wine-producing regions worldwide (brandy)
  • Alcohol content: Usually 40% ABV
  • Serving temperature: 18–20°C

History
 Only brandy produced in the Cognac region of France under strict regulations can be called cognac. Its history began in the 17th century, when French winemakers started distilling wine for easier storage and transport. Brandy, on the other hand, is produced in many countries worldwide, each with its own traditions and style.

Bumbu
 The distilling of Bumbu The Original Rum is based on the original recipe created by West Indian sailors from the 16th and 17th centuries, who mixed local Caribbean ingredients into their rum and gave it the name "Bumbu" - truly the original spirit of craftsmanship.

 Bumbu is produced at a historic Barbados distillery, founded in 1893 and continuously operated for over 120 years.

 Using the same all-natural local spices and no artificial colours or flavours, Bumbu is an authentic revival of that piece of Caribbean history, distilled in small batches and hand-blended.

 The glass bottle is a work of art in itself, adorned with a darkened metal "X" on the front and a map of the Caribbean on the back. Our favourite part is the old-fashioned, oversized cork - you'll hear a celebratory "pop" every time you open the bottle.
