Ouzo Babatzim is a premium Greek aniseed spirit, which contains double the amount of pure distillate compared to the standard. It is distilled in copper stills according to a traditional 19th-century recipe. It has a balanced, smooth taste with delicate herbal notes and a long aftertaste.

In 1967, seventeen producer families decided to join forces to form Distilleries Mytilini to produce and distribute a brand of ouzo, namely – Mini.

Ouzo Matarelli owes its specific taste and characteristic aroma to the fragrant anise from Lisvori on the island of Lesbos, which is used in the traditional distillation process.

The characteristic taste and special aroma of Ouzo Plomari are the result of a family recipe inherited from Isidoros Arvanitis, which he kept in deep secret.

Ouzo Adolo is triple-distilled ouzo, with the third distillation taking place over 13 hours in small, hand-made stills from 1913. This helps to preserve the essence and aromas to the maximum and achieve a balanced triple distillate with an alcohol content of 42%.

Sour Mash was incredibly popular from the '70s onwards last century, but later disappeared from store shelves. This fine bourbon follows the unique production recipe of Woodford Reserve, but with an extended maturation of a full 7 years. Aberlour A'Bunadh was created to honour the long history of the distillery and its founder, using authentic 19th-century distillation methods – no cold filtration and bottled at cask strength – 60% ABV or more. The whisky has no age statement, but it contains a vatting of various whiskies aged from 5 to 25 years and matured in Oloroso sherry casks.

This offering has won many awards - Silver Medal, Best Single Malt Scotch Whiskies No Age Statement (NAS), World Whiskies Awards 2019. Aberlour A'Bunadh is produced in limited batches and on the label of each bottle, the batch number from which it comes is marked.

The GlenAllachie is a relatively young distillery. It was founded in 1967 with the main aim of producing malt for use in blends.
It was designed by William Delmé-Evans, who is also behind the creation of Jura and Tullibardine. Johnnie Walker whisky has a light reddish gold colour and a fresh aroma of the open sea, with a hint of vanilla and strong smoky malt, finishing with a spicy element.

After almost two decades in which the Speyside distillery produced only malts sold to other brands for their blends, it decided to release a malt under its own name again. Tamnavulin Double Cask is the first in a series of such whiskies. It is matured in American oak casks and then finished in sherry casks. The result is a pleasantly fruity whisky, as one might expect from this cask combination. Since its creation, it has managed to win several medals in various competitions, which is a good testimony for the product and the distillery.

Its aroma is of chocolate mousse, stewed apples and brown sugar. The taste is of Christmas cake, chocolate brownies and yellow plums. The finish is quite long and again sweet.

Tamnavulin Single Malt

Ardbeg 10 Year Old is revered as one of the most peaty and smoky whiskies coming from the Isle of Islay. An absolute classic, one of the most complex single malts, which does not emphasise its strong peaty flavour, but rather the natural sweetness of the malt and the perfect balance.

Most whiskies undergo chill filtration and are reduced to 40% alcohol. Ardbeg 10 Year Old does not undergo chill filtration and is at 46% alcohol, which gives it a strong body, with depth and maximised flavour.

Taste and aroma

History

The history of rum began in the 17th century in the Caribbean, where sugarcane producers discovered that molasses could ferment and be distilled. Over time, rum became a symbol of seafaring, the Caribbean, and tropical culture, and today it is one of the most preferred spirits in the world.

El Dorado 12YO

El Dorado 12YO is a premium rum with a delicate flavour, aged in oak casks at Demerara Distillers in Guyana, South America. It is a blended rum from Enmore, distilled in a unique wooden patent 'Coffey' still, along with rum distilled in the world's only surviving wooden single still, originating from Versailles. This combination of rums contributes to the rich flavour and full body of the rum.
Twelve-year-old El Dorado rum has a beautiful dark brown colour, a rich nose with wonderful aromas of Demerara sugar, honey, hard caramel, raisins and dried fruits, and a wonderful balance of spice flavours. The finish is long and dry, filled with pleasure.

The distilling of Bumbu The Original Rum is based on the original recipe created by West Indian sailors from the 16th and 17th centuries, who mixed local Caribbean ingredients into their rum and gave it the name "Bumbu" - truly the original spirit of craftsmanship.

Bumbu is produced at a historic Barbados distillery, founded in 1893 and continuously operated for over 120 years.

Using the same all-natural local spices and no artificial colours or flavours, Bumbu is an authentic revival of that piece of Caribbean history, distilled in small batches and hand-blended.

The glass bottle is a work of art in itself, adorned with a darkened metal "X" on the front and a map of the Caribbean on the back. Our favourite part is the old-fashioned, oversized cork - you'll hear a celebratory "pop" every time you open the bottle.
