Viña Esmeralda 2024- Torres, Catalunya, Spain- 375ml
In the mountainous part of Upper Penedès, more delicate and aromatic white varieties are grown. Muscat and Gewürztraminer are the base of Viña Esmeralda, an exceptionally delicate and strikingly fragrant wine.
The aroma is sensual, with an exotic, fragrant nose, boasting beautifully defined primary aromas (floral notes, roses, lily), complemented by secondary aromas derived through controlled fermentation of the wine.
The taste? Wonderful freshness, an open attack, delicate flavors of green and lemon, citrus fruits, aromas of green apple and kiwi. The minerality gives the wine a long finish, and the softness and elegance are characteristics of all the producer's wines.
Aged 4 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks in the cellar.
