The name itself is dedicated to the eponymous square in Pennsylvania, but that is not the main reason for the brand's popularity – the taste is the determining factor. The whiskey itself bears the term "Bottled in Bond," which honors one of the oldest agreements between the American government and local whiskey producers. Though part of the past, these agreements are still applied today with the idea of guaranteeing quality – but we won't bore you with excessive bureaucratic requirements and will only mention that every Bottled in Bond whiskey like this one must be exactly 50% ABV.
