The special feature of this edition is the double charcoal mellowing process, carried out with the help of the distillery's traditional maple charcoal filter – a process that takes three to five days to complete. The second filtration through this filter occurs after aging and aims to smooth out all minor imperfections, making Gentleman Jack the perfect Tennessee whiskey.
