The Aberlour 12 Years Non Chill Filtered single malt whisky is a variation of the regular 12-year-old Aberlour, which not only changes the proportions of the different whiskies used to make this edition, but is also bottled without chill filtration at 48% ABV. This means that this expression of Aberlour retains all the body and flavor of the cask whisky, although it may become cloudy if water, an ice cube is added, or if it is cooled to a low temperature.

Color - Golden amber with nuances of deep ruby red.

Aroma - Rich and fruity with notes of strawberry jam.

Taste - Sherry character and fruity aromas of plum, balanced with chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and raisins.

Finish - Long, sweet with a spicy finish.
