Garnish Island Gin was created by one of the few female distillers in Ireland, Deirdre Bohane. Deirdre is the head gin distiller at West Cork Distillers, an entirely Irish distillery. Distilled in a hand-crafted copper pot still, the gin is inspired by the lush gardens of Garnish Island off the south coast of Ireland. A handcrafted gin inspired by the Italian-style gardens of West Cork's Garnish Island. The recipe uses entirely local herbs, some of which include hibiscus, iris, rose, rosemary, and thyme.
