Garnish Island Gin is created by one of the few female distillers in Ireland, Deirdre Bohane. Deirdre is the Head Gin Distiller at West Cork Distillers, an all-Irish distillery. Distilled in a handcrafted copper pot still, the gin is inspired by the lush gardens of Garnish Island off the south coast of Ireland. A handcrafted gin, inspired by the Italian-style gardens of West Cork's Garnish Island. The recipe uses entirely local botanicals, some of which are hibiscus, iris, rose, rosemary and thyme.
